Oh for the joy of looking at the cold and snow as children do. That's the disadvantage of your kids growing up but not having grandchildren or other small children around during the days --- no peek into looking at the world anew, without the burdens of "what has to get done"! I'm sincerely working towards getting rid of more and more "what has to get done". Simplifying, letting go, saying "no". So hard to do after a lifetime of getting shit done, and an unhealthy adoption of measuring worth by how much good gets done. Enjoy your little ones in every minute (especially when they sleep?!?:-)) Take care of your dear self.
